Customers experience are on the first place in our heart, so methinks hair gladly accepts return of all eligible products unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged which is under the original condition with 7 days of the original ship date.

Something need to be know before return.

1. Please email methinkshair@gmail.com with a photo or video, explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. The email will be viewed and replied within 24 hours.
3. If approved, refund or the new item will be sent, the old item need to be resent back to us.
